INGREDIENTS:
- ½ Kg Desi Tori / Torai (Washed, Peeled & Cut into medium sized pieces)
- 2 medium sized Onions finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- ½ teaspoon Haldi / Turmeric Powder
- ½ teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper / Kali Mirch Powder
- Salt to taste
- 3 – 4 tablespoon Ghee
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat Ghee in Cooker, add Onions, sauté for 3 -4 mins
- Add Red Chilli Powder, Haldi, Salt & mix well. Add Tori/Torai and cook for 2 – 3 mins, then add very little water (according to preference), close the cooker with the upper lid and give 4 – 5 whistles
- Add Garam Masala Powder, Black Pepper / Kali Mirch Powder and mix well
- Serve Hot with Paratha / Chapati / Roti
