- 100 - 150 gms Murmure / Puffed Rice
- 1 small bowl Peanuts
- 1 small bowl Chana
- 5 - 6 Garlic cloves finely chopped
- 2 Lemons
- 1/2 teaspoon Sarson
- 1/2 teaspoon Jeera / Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Til / Sesame
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Haldi
- 1 teaspoon Sugar (preferable powder)
- Salt to taste
- 10 - 12 Curry Leaves
- 2 - 3 tablespoon Oil
Recipe Type: Evening Snacks
INSTRUCTIONS:
- First warm up oil in a Pan / Kadai and add Sarson & cook for 1 min
- Then add Garlic and Saute for 1 – 2 mins
- Add Jeera, Til, Curry leaves, Red Chilli Powder, Haldi, Salt to taste & Squeeze lemon and mix well. Keep stirring continuously
- Cook it for 2 – 3 mins or till the Lemon juice gets dry. Mix well and make sure it won’t burn. Keep stirring continuously
- Then Add Murmure, Peanuts, Chana & Sugar and cook for 5 mins. Mix well
- Let it cool at room temperature and Store it in a air tight container
- Serve as a Evening Snacks
* You can also add finely chopped onions & serve for added flavor.
