Ingredients

  • 250-300 gms Mushrooms (cut into 2 pieces)
  • 4 - 5 Garlic Cloves finely chopped
  • 1 small sized Onion cut into big pcs
  • 1 small sized Capsicum cut into big pcs (Red or Yellow or Green)
  • 3 - 4 Cheese Grated (or you can put more or less depends on you)
  • 7 - 8 Basil leaves (optional)
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon Black Pepper / Kali Mirch Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano Seasoning
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 - 2 tablespoon Butter (for saute)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Put Pan on low flame, add butter & garlic and cook for 30 -45 secs, add Mushrooms, mix well and cook for 5 mins
  2. Add Onions, Capsicums, Basil leaves, saute for 2-3 mins, add Black Pepper, Salt, 1-2 tablespoon Grated Cheese, mix well and cook for 1-2 mins on low flame
  3. Sprinkle little more cheese over it & remove the pan from flame and cover it for 2-3 mins so that the cheese gets melted
  4. Serve hot
