- 250-300 gms Mushrooms (cut into 2 pieces)
- 4 - 5 Garlic Cloves finely chopped
- 1 small sized Onion cut into big pcs
- 1 small sized Capsicum cut into big pcs (Red or Yellow or Green)
- 3 - 4 Cheese Grated (or you can put more or less depends on you)
- 7 - 8 Basil leaves (optional)
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon Black Pepper / Kali Mirch Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano Seasoning
- Salt to Taste
- 1 - 2 tablespoon Butter (for saute)

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Put Pan on low flame, add butter & garlic and cook for 30 -45 secs, add Mushrooms, mix well and cook for 5 mins
- Add Onions, Capsicums, Basil leaves, saute for 2-3 mins, add Black Pepper, Salt, 1-2 tablespoon Grated Cheese, mix well and cook for 1-2 mins on low flame
- Sprinkle little more cheese over it & remove the pan from flame and cover it for 2-3 mins so that the cheese gets melted
- Serve hot
