- For Dough – 1 cup of Maida / All Purpose Flour, 1 tablespoon Butter/Oil, Salt, Pinch of Baking Powder & needed luke warm Water
- 250 - 300 gms Mushrooms (cut into 2 pieces)
- 4 - 5 Garlic Cloves finely chopped
- 1 medium sized Onion cut into small pcs
- 1 small sized Capsicum cut into small pcs (Red or Yellow or Green)
- 2 - 3 tablespoon Cheese Grated
- 7 - 8 Basil leaves (optional)
- ½ - 1 teaspoon Black Pepper / Kali Mirch Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano Seasoning
- Salt to Taste
- 1 - 2 tablespoon Butter (for saute)
- Oil for Cooking

INSTRUCTIONS:
- For Filling – Put Pan on low flame, add butter & garlic, cook for 30 – 45 secs, add Mushrooms, mix well and cook for 5 mins more. Add Onions, Capsicums, Basil leaves, saute for 2-3 mins, add Black Pepper, Salt, Grated Cheese, mix well and cook for 1-2 mins on low flame. Keep it aside
- For Dough – Take Maida flour in a big bowl & add Butter/Oil, Baking Powder, Salt, mix well. Add sufficient Water and knead into a soft dough (Same as we make for Chapati or Roti). Keep it aside for 15 – 20 mins
- Take small portions of dough & make a round ball like roti, On rolling board, roll out thinly into a circles (use dry wheat flour whenever required)
- Heat tawa and place the Maida Roti’s on it, when one side is slightly cooked, flip it, spread little oil and flip it again & spread little more oil on other side and cook from both sides, make around 7 – 8 Chapati’s
- Take 1 Chapati, on half side portion, spread Mushroom mix and wrap the filling tightly with Chapati to make a roll
- Serve hot with Ketchup or Mint or your favorite sauce
