Ingredients

  • 4 medium size Potatoes washed nicely and cut into wedge size or cut half potato into 3-4 long pieces (as shown in picture)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 - 3 tablespoon Corn Flour / Maida / All Purpose flour
  • Oil for deep fry

Recipe Type : Evening Snacks / Starters

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. Take potatoes in a big bowl and add Garlic, Itallian Seasoning, Salt and mix well
  2. Then add Corn Flour / Maida / All Purpose flour and mix it
  3. Heat oil in Pan and put the prepared Potato mix in the oil for deep fry
  4. Cook for 8-10 mins on medium fame or till the potatoes are cooked and look crispy golden brown. You can also insert a tooth pick & confirm whether its cooked or not
  5. Serve hot with Ketchup/Mint Chutney as Evening Snacks or to the Guests as Starters
