Ingredients

  • 1 bowl Beaten Curd (add very little water for making it thin if required)
  • 1 medium size Onion sliced
  • 2 - 3 Green Chillies finely choped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sarson seeds
  • 4 - 5 Curry Leaves / Kadee Pata
  • Pinch of Haldi
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 - 2 tablespoon Oil

Recipe Type: Lunch/Dinner

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Take little oil in a pan & heat it
  2. Add Sarson & cook for 1-2 mins
  3. Then add onion, green chillies, curry leaves/kadee pata and cook for 2 mins
  4. Add salt & haldi, put the gas on sim
  5. Add curd & immediately put the gas off and mix well
  6. Serve hot with chapatti or rice
