- 1 bowl Beaten Curd (add very little water for making it thin if required)
- 1 medium size Onion sliced
- 2 - 3 Green Chillies finely choped
- 1/2 teaspoon Sarson seeds
- 4 - 5 Curry Leaves / Kadee Pata
- Pinch of Haldi
- Salt to taste
- 1 - 2 tablespoon Oil
Recipe Type: Lunch/Dinner
INSTRUCTIONS
- Take little oil in a pan & heat it
- Add Sarson & cook for 1-2 mins
- Then add onion, green chillies, curry leaves/kadee pata and cook for 2 mins
- Add salt & haldi, put the gas on sim
- Add curd & immediately put the gas off and mix well
- Serve hot with chapatti or rice
