- 2 medium size Baingan / Eggplant
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Kali Mirch / Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Dhaniya / Coriander Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Amchoor / Mango Powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Wash the Baingan / Eggplant and cut into thin round slices
- Heat 2-3 tablespoon of oil on tawa and spread the slices. Flip both sides (add little more oil if required) and cook until the slices are cooked from both sides
- For Masala (make according to the quantity of baingan): In a small bowl, add Red Chilli Powder, Kali Mirch / Black Pepper Powder, Garam Masala, Dhaniya / Coriander Powder, Amchoor / Mango Powder & salt and mix well
- Add the masala prepared on each slice and spread well. Serve hot
